No. Add the domain name and SiteHealth checks its existing public DNS and connects over SSL or HTTP/HTTPS. You keep your nameservers and website hosting as they are.
SSL certificates are checked daily. Uptime checks can run every 1, 5, 15, or 60 minutes. Alerts have their own reminder frequency. Actual timing depends on the scheduler and hosting availability.
A normal login page does not prevent an external SSL check. For private or firewalled certificates, an optional server agent can report SSL health from inside the network. Uptime checks need HTTP/HTTPS access from the monitoring server; the SSL agent does not perform private website uptime checks.
Each company gets 20 accepted alert notifications per calendar month, then $0.10 per additional alert. Sending one alert to two email recipients and one SMS number counts as three alerts. Scheduled reports do not use this allowance. Third-party messaging fees are separate.
No. Company administrators manage their own company’s domains, settings, team, reports, and usage. The Super Admin manages companies and can oversee all workspaces.
SiteHealth monitors and notifies your team. Certificate renewal and website repairs stay with your hosting provider or technical team. Uptime monitoring checks HTTP responses, not full browser journeys or page content.
